The Southeastern Arizona Birding Trail

The 2006 edition of the Southeastern Arizona Birding Trail map/guide is now available! The new edition includes 52 bird-rich and birder-friendly locations, including many sites included in the previous edition as well as new opportunities. Five major sponsors funded publication of the new edition: the Arizona Game and Fish Department Heritage Fund, Bureau of Land Management, Sonoran Joint Venture, Cochise County Tourism Council, and Wings Over Willcox Birding and Nature Festival. Dozens of public and private partners, including SABO, contributed time and other resources to the effort.

The map/guide is available at a suggested retail price of $3.00, plus tax, shipping, and handling as applicable. Individual copies and small quantities are available by mail from the Southeastern Arizona Bird Observatory and Tucson Audubon Society and over the counter at selected local nature stores and tourist information centers, including the Tucson Audubon Nature Shop.

SABO is accepting mail orders for single copies of the map for $4.35 each, including first-class postage to addresses within the United States. To purchase your copy, send a check or money order, payable to SABO, to:
